Rules and Expectations
This year we will continue using PBIS as our school-wide behavior system. The underlying theme is teaching behavioral expectations in the same manner as any core curriculum subject. In other words, rather than telling students what not to do, the school will focus on the preferred behaviors.
Our school rules are:
Be Respectful
Be Responsible
Be Safe
That's the Germantown way!
Click here to locate the matrix that explains what the behavioral expectations look like, sound like and feel like in areas around school.
All of these expectations and routines will be taught and modeled to the students at the beginning of the school year as well as periodically through out to maintain expectations and routines.
Every month we will have an end of the month celebration for students who have earned enough Patriot Pennies. Each month they rotate and will be communicated to all families.
Continue to look back at the announcements to learn about each of our parties and how many Patriot Pennies they need!
